Black Shine Windows 7 Basic 64-bit 32-bit Theme.

There was the odd bug reported with older monitors CTR and some older LCD Monitors. This concerned the right top buttons not showing correctly, this has been fixed in this release. Also added to the zip file is the Disable Command Bar ( AKA Folder Band ) files, Auto Hide and Hide are included. The path for these files are included in the folder.

Update tested and working with Windows 7 SP1 32/64-bit.

I just want a black 7 basic theme with the vista style taskbar, but idk what dll the taskbar is. But, great job.
